Our Services
Constitution is an auto insurance provider based in Texas and providing services across the country. We support policy changes, vehicle additions or removals, claim reporting and online payments.
Our staff has decades of experience in the auto insurance industry, working with individuals and corporations of varying sizes. We offer competitive insurance rates, responsive service and claims processing.
Subscription and Purchase for Our Services
To purchase Constitution General Agency services, you will order from one of our subscription packages. By placing an order through our platform, you represent that you are legally competent and capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.
All purchases are subject to acceptance by us. An agreement between you and us is formed only when we send the order confirmation email confirming the binding of your policy.
You agree not to modify your policy, cancel your policy, add coverages or otherwise enter into agreements with us except through your agent or by calling us directly at 1-888-888-2600.
Order and Service Delivery
If you order a policy through the Constitutionmga.com website and it is approved, Constitution General Agency will send a confirmation email approving your order and will endeavor to put the policy in force on the requested date.
If you specify no date, the policy will go into effect immediately upon receipt of the confirmation email binding coverage. We do not authorize any agent to bind coverage without prior written approval from Constitution General Agency.
Online Insurance Dashboard
Our online insurance dashboard is designed as a central place for policy and claim information. From the dashboard, policyholders can make a payment, submit a claim and check claim status.
Online payments are designed to take only a few minutes after login. The system has been streamlined to create a better policyholder experience.
Finding the Right Auto Insurance Coverage
Auto and casualty insurance helps protect you from financial burdens that often accompany motor vehicle accidents. Depending on coverage, an auto policy can cover damage to your vehicle, medical expenses, property damage and medical care for others when you are found at fault.
Some policies may cover repair or replacement of your own vehicle if it is vandalized, broken into or stolen. Constitution offers combinations of coverages to fit different needs and budgets.
In addition to legally required minimum insurance in your state, you may have the option to purchase additional coverages such as collision, comprehensive, medical payments, personal injury protection, uninsured/underinsured motorist, towing and labor, and rental reimbursement.
Because policies vary, there is no single answer for what every auto policy covers. Review your policy for specific coverage, deductibles, limits, conditions and exclusions, or call us toll-free at (888) 888-2600 for help.
Refund Policy
If the applicant’s down payment is not honored by the financial institution, the policy will be a flat cancel and no coverage will be afforded. Refund requests will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
CMGA Insurance reserves the right to cancel, modify or decline coverage at its sole discretion, in accordance with underwriting guidelines and policy terms.

The Constitution General Agency logos, slogans, product names and service names on this website are trademarks of Constitution General Agency. They may not be copied, imitated or used without prior written permission.
The look and feel of the services, including page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, are service marks, trademarks or trade dress of Constitution General Agency and may not be copied or used without permission.
Repeat Infringer Policy and Copyright Complaints
Following the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable law, Constitution General Agency may terminate or limit access for users who infringe intellectual property rights.

Our sites and services are directed and available only to people residing in Texas. Our insurance policies are only available to Texas residents. We do not represent that services and content will be available or applicable outside Texas.

Text Notifications
We use Twilio SMS or text messaging service. We send notifications such as payment reminders, paperless notifications, new document notices and rejected credit card notifications. If an insured opts in, messages may be recurring and message/data rates may apply.
An insured can opt out of text notifications by calling customer service at (855) 441-2224 or by replying STOP to the notification text. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Representative Actions and Legal Action
You and Constitution General Agency agree that disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or services are personal to you and Constitution General Agency and will be resolved solely through individual action, not class arbitration, class action or other representative proceeding.
For disputes about this website not related to insurance coverage, claims, premiums or policies, you agree to arbitrate the dispute and waive your right to a trial in state, county, district or federal court. You agree first to attempt informal resolution by sending written notice to Underwriting@constitutionmga.com.
This provision is subordinate to the Texas Insurance Code and does not waive any provision of the Texas Insurance Code.
Governing Law, Termination and Severability
These Terms and Agreement are governed and construed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Constitution General Agency reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license or authorization to use its sites or services and to block future access.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
